Hello everyone I'm so happy I finally finished "Laura's Quilt". I love how it turned out. I'll be giving it to her tomorrow for her birthday she is turning 9 so I hope she likes it. This is the first time I've quilted a quilt this large and it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. It was a great learning experience.
I found a blog of a lady from the US she is like a machine producing quilt after quilt. She is a very nice lady and she gave me some advice and her tutorials were very helpful. Go and visit Amandajean's blog she is very talented. Her blog name really suits her Crazy Mom Quilts.
Here it is freshly washed and hanging on the line.
Now for my next project. I have so many custom orders I still haven't had a chance to work on my quilt for the "It's All About Me" party Natasha was hosting. I'm too late.......bummer but I will make it and show it off soon. I better stop staring and start sewing!!!!!
Have a great weekend.

Hi Carol, it looks just beautiful! I'm sure she'll be delighted with it. Looks like a lot of work went into it, I don't think I would have the patience for something like that. Yes, I have so much to do too and the days are just flying past, better get more organised. Take care,Maryann
